Jasvinder Singh, MD, MPH

Jasvinder Singh is a professor of medicine and epidemiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Dr. Singh is involved in performing studies of comparative effectiveness of treatments and outcomes research in rheumatic diseases, with a focus on gout, osteoarthritis, lupus and joint replacement. He is performing Cochrane reviews and network meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials of biologics for rheumatoid arthritis and other therapies for rheumatic diseases. He has also co-authored articles in esteemed medical journals such as Arthritis & Rheumatology and Arthritis Care & Research.

Dr. Singh completed his internal medicine residency at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York and rheumatology fellowship training at the Washington University School of Medicine and the Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
